An assembly line for the production of stroopwafels typically involves a series of interconnected stations and machines that automate the various steps of the manufacturing process. In this short movie you see the cooling is done in the Interbanket factory which is situated in the centre of Holland near Utrecht.
The freshly assembled stroopwafels then go through a cooling process to allow the syrup to set and solidify. After cooling, they are conveyed to the packaging area. Here, they may be arranged in stacks or individually wrapped, depending on the intended packaging format.
