There is something special about being on the water during those rare Dutch summer days above 30 degrees. These video was taken while I was enjoying with friends in in a small boat, cruising through the beautiful Nationaal Park De Biesbosch.

Did you know that this area The Biesbosch was formed after the St. Elizabeth’s Flood in 1421. A flood in which several cities in the west of the Netherlands were submerged and some even disappeared. What was once a polder area turned into an inland sea.
